This is the official website of the Long Point Property Owners Association on Whitemarsh Island in Savannah, GA. 

On this website, the Resource Center provides easy access to the most-requested documents, including the Covenants, Bylaws, and General Guidelines for living at Long Point. The Directory lists the current Volunteer Board of Directors. (Please review your printed Long Point Telephone Directory for contact information.) The Calendar lists major neighborhood events.

In an effort to better serve your needs, the Board of Directors has hired a professional management company to assist us with the daily operations of the Association. The needs of the Association have grown to the point where they simply cannot all be handled in a timely manner by your volunteer Board.

The management agent for Long Point Property Owners Association, Inc., is Premier Services and Management, LLC. They should be your first point of contact for any issue related to the Association. They will, of course, pass along any issue that requires Board input of action. The contact information is shown below. They may be reached from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays. If you have an emergency during other hours, call the same number and their answering system will provide an emergency number.

As property managers for the Association, Premier Services are responsible for all accounting and administrative functions. All questions regarding any aspect of the Association should be directed to the staff of Premier Services. If you need to report a maintenance issue, please select the link below to access the Long Point Maintenance Request Form. All Maintenance Request Forms are sent to the Premier staff to ensure maintenance issues are addressed in a timely manner.

Property owner’s dues payment methods will remain the same, and may still be made at the front gate or mailed to the post office box. All payments should be made payable to Long Point Property Owners Association, Inc. If you select to mail your payment, please send it to:
