Please join us for our Covenants Committee meeting tonight (Wednesday, May 10)
at 7pm. We will meet at the pool pavilion.
The website, www.longpointpoa.org
has the old covenants, draft covenants and the draft covenants with comments/feedback posted in the documents section.
The goal is to for the committee to create a covenants document that is easy to read and modernized compared to the current covenants, which were written by the original developer.
There will not be a vote until the current working draft has been edited and then presented to all residents.
We don’t have a timeline at this point, but will create one based on the feedback from the meeting tonight.
