Please join us for our first Covenants Committee meeting Wednesday, May 10 at 7pm. We will meet at the pool pavilion.

has the old covenants, draft covenants and the draft covenants with comments posted in the documents section.

The goal is to create a covenants document that is easy to read and modernized from the current document. There will not be a vote until the draft has been edited with feedback and presented to all residents. We don’t have a timeline at this point, but will create one based on the feedback from the meeting Wednesday. If you cannot attend, please provide any feedback to longpointpoa@gmail.com
